Have you ever had Ux parameter in BUG rating in photometric file for a light fixture? For example B2 - Ux - G2. If yes, how did you proceed to show complaince?

Vestibule required in CS industrial building?

Wondering if a CS industrial project (cold, dark shell) with unknown tenant must include a vestibule in the CS design, or if it can be assumed this will be provided as part of the tenant

Has anybody had success in getting an SRI-value for wood (pine for example or other light wood that turns grey with age)? Saw a discussion about this in the v2009 forum that led to nothing.

We are currently working on a project that achieves a combined density of 6515 m2/ha, however there are future development approved projects (residential and commercial) within the 400 meters radiu

Can we benefit from the building reuse of a single tenanted building?

We are working on a single tenanted building. The building was gutted prior to the start of tenant negotiation. We are using the stairs and elevator (about all that remains).
