NC-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

AEDG For Big Box Retail in a 34000 Sq. foot Auto Dealership

I have a proposed project implementing a CV system that meets Title 24 2019 in California but I think we can get more points if I used the AEDG presciptive path in lieu of an energy model. Is that Feasible on a auto dealership? Its between the 20,000 - 100000 sq. foot allowance. Sorry just not much guidance anywhere for auto dealerships.  Thanks!

Actually found the answer to my own question. On the AEDG guide on ASHARE's website the guide includes a case study involving CanadianTire Shop in Kemptville Ontario that has the exact floor plan as a auto dealership from sales floor, offices, conference rooms, storage and a tire service center. In case anyone ever runs into this question in the future.
