how to count nule answers

We have send the survey to all of the 312 FTE and 270 have answered it, so we comply with the 30% required because they are the 86.5% of the respondents.

FTE?

Hi there, I just wanted to confirm that for this particular credit we don't need to use FTE? We have a small staff here - 18 total staff members, only 6 of whom are full-time.

I see that we need to collect responses from a "representative" sample of building occupants making up at least 30% of the total occupants.
