We used with success in the past the Template for Occupant Comfort Survey from Resources tab, but for our fifth project the following GBCI comment was received: "The survey does not appear to address overall satisfaction with building performance". Apparently, we need to repeat the survey and to include this aspect too.
Did anyone encountered this problem for their projects?
Thanks!

Oana, we have heard this from other sources as well, and have updated our template in the Doc Toolkit above. It seems a little unreasonable to have to repeat the whole survey, though—I will ask around if others are finding that.

I think you could make the argument that the entire survey assesses the overall building performance, and it’s not clear what data could be collected from asking that additional question that wasn’t already addressed by the other survey questions, or that would even be actionable. If someone isn’t happy with the “overall performance” of the building.. what corrective action can you realistically take?

Hello, Oana! Based on the feedback from GBCI, LEEDuser updated our guide to include "Overall Building" in addition to updating the survey template. Thank you for sharing with us.
