We have project using district steam. We use DES v2 to calculate the virtual rate based on state averaged electricity (0.084$/kWh) and gas (0.00757$/MBTU).

My project consist of a mixed used tower (G+52 floors) and 2 detached building ( be fed from the same cooling and heating system ) but they are core and shell and I m persuing LEED NC 2009 honestly
