I am trying to estimate the current performance of a building but it appears the only way to see what the GHG Emissions Score, Source Energy Score, and Energy Performance Score is to fill out

For LEED v4.1 EB O&M projects, I understand that Energy Performance scores are assigned in the Arc platform by considering a building's floor area, occupancy, and operating hours.

1. I have input motor on specification 442 Watts (it include power factor or not)

2. I have cfm  1333 cfm

Regarding, EAc1, does it need to include non essential equipment that is on a sub-meter?
