Estimating Energy Performance Scores before registering a project

I am trying to estimate the current performance of a building but it appears the only way to see what the GHG Emissions Score, Source Energy Score, and Energy Performance Score is to fill out the point on the LEED website in an active project. I have downloaded the ARC file but that only has inputs and no outputs. The minimum energy performance calculator does not apply to O&M projects. Is there a way to estimate the performance without having a project active?
