There was a rating system correction at the end of January http://www.usgbc.org/node/10611490 which seems to reduce the value of a Furniture Evaluation complying to Section 7.6.1 of ANSI/BIFMA e3 –

The project is in Ho Chi Minh city - tropical climate, so there is no demand for heating and the office will use only electricity.

Our project is a zero lot line. We would be able to install a green roof for 20% of the project site surface which is not enough since the treshold is 30%.
