I'm new to LEED and this credit.

We have a commercial building which is 24x7 operating.

I have two questions.  

The LEED Credit template for this credit indicates that the renewable installation has to be complete and commissioned prior to building occupancy.

The reference guide states that "If multiple, discrete HVAC systems operate independently, the team may flush out portions of the building as work is completed in each area served by a given system

Do you test the potable water anytime? or should the testing of the water be done after cooling tower start up process?

Hi, maybe this question could also apply to the Enhanced Refrigerant Management Credit,

Can a 10'-0" permanent walk-off mat comply for the entryway requirements, and if so what would be the required weekly maintenance?

I am looking to see if a non-slip flooring treatment would be eligible to be included in the LEED Calculations and requirements for this credit.
