1. Question for SSc6 Table 3 : What is meaning "All other luminaires" in Allowed glare rating chapter? Does it mean all luminaires in site oriened properly or not should meet this "G" criteria?

Both WEp1 and WEc1 state: "The following landscape types may be included or excluded from landscape calculations: vegetated playgrounds, athletic fields, food gardens, and urban agricultural areas.
