Has anyone ever proposed that 1 task lamp be provided/shared for every 2 employees? We'd like to use task lamps to go for the circidian lighting feature in WELL, so that makes our task lamps very expensive. The Owner is already a bit hesitant because they know that many of their employees don't use task lamps, so they asked if this strategy would fly. WELL is ok with it. I know it's a long shot, but thought I'd ask! Thanks!

Hi Kristen,
Have you had any success to sharing a task lamp? I am running into a similar scenario where we have a very tight hoteling computer space where we do not have the space capacity to provide a task light to each space. Did GBCI approve your methodology?
Thanks!

If two people shared a task lamp, each person would not have individual control of their light levels. Perhaps if you could find a single fixture with two controls and two light sources pointed opposite directions....
