Is there a list of compliant standards for carbon offset projects?
Wondering whether the following carbon offset standards are compliant with LEED:
- VCS
- VER (Gold Standard)
- CCB/CCBS

Green-e energy (green power) equivalancy was established for some standards in Europe and Brasil I think, there may be more. I have not seen anything related to carbon offsets but it should be in the regional alternative compliance paths, the Reference Guide or within LEED Interpretations. If equivalency has not been granted then it is the responsibility of the project team to demonstrate equivalency.
