We have two questions:

1. Should we document 4 of the 5 credits to earn 2 Innovation points?

2. Under the part "Stipulations" it is described that CS projects must provide a copy of a legally binding tenant sales and lease agreement stating that the tenants meet the requirements of the LEED EB strategy. How should we understand this? Shell we implement the requirements of the Policyc into the lease agreement? But than it is a binding document and actually the owner can not command the tenants how to clean or what to buy. The policies just cover for example purchases within the building and site management's control. How should we document this?
