We are doing the project in which our client reusing the furniture from their existing office to the new office. Furniture comprises of wooden tables, chairs etc.

The project I'm working on will leave all the ceiling infrastructure apparent, without the use of ceiling tiles (except a few acoustic panels). Therefore all the lighting, plumbing, etc.

I would like to know what does "accesible floor and ceiling system" mean?

Does it mean suspended ceiling system and raised floor system for 50% of the total floor area.
