Option 3. design for flexibility- Acessible ceiling system

The project I'm working on will leave all the ceiling infrastructure apparent, without the use of ceiling tiles (except a few acoustic panels). Therefore all the lighting, plumbing, etc. that are on the ceiling will be acessible. Can i consider that this area contibutes to the credit?
