Is building envelope commissioning required for CI if the exterior walls and roof are not being touched? Thanks.

Hi, there.Can an employee of the LEED consultant firm who he/she is not a member of the design team be the CxA for both fundamental Cx and Enhanced CxA?

The LEED text only discusses what must be done in the first year. Is there any specific term that the MBCx must be done? In other Cx schemes they require two years, life of building, etc.

I had a Cx agent perform the plan review but we changed Cx companies during construction. The orginal reviewing Cx agent won't agree to fill out the LEED docs.

The project scope includes new HVAC equipment & controls as well as occupancy sensors for lighting control.

The project is under 20,000 sq. ft and only a tenant finish in an existing building. Can the CxA be an employee of the design firm for the enhanced Cx?
