I am currently working on a TI project for two floors of a mid-rise building. The current building uses pneumatic controls for the entire building. The client has asked if it's possible to go after the monitoring based Cx credit. I am currently under the impression that the TI buildout will use primarily existing equipment and replace as necessary. Other than possibly adding electrical meters to segregate loads and water meters to view consumption I don't see any other way to monitor mechanical usage in regards to sequences.
