So their work is in compliance with LEED but they won't upload the docs? Yes, seems ok to provide yourself.

You may need to provide an explanation as to why the CxA changed, and the new CxA should review all work done previously and basically accept that it was done properly. You should be ready to show that the new CxA has spent adequate time reviewing the material to date and has ensured all open items have been addressed.
