Our project is a remodel of the 2nd floor of a 3 story office building (CI v4).

The credit requires to achieve a % reduction from base ratios. If the CI project only forms a part of a tall office building, which number of parking spaces should be taken into consideration?

I am curious if anyone has earned this credit with a fire station.  How did you determine your base ratio? Thanks!
