I am working on a CI project in a mixed-use building that does not provide any on-site parking. This is because it is part of a downtown core parking district, in which all the businesses pay a yearly fee for use and maintenance of several nearby municipal parking garages. So technically the project is reducing the parking 100% below the base ratios by not adding any parking spaces to the site. But the project employees and visitors are free to use the nearby municipal garages, so it is not exactly minimizing automobile dependence.

Anyone experience a similar situation? Do you think we would be able to apply for this credit
