The project built up floor area is 350sqm in a commercial tower and the building property has allocated 6 parking spaces. Which is 58 % reduction. So are we eligible for exemplary performance and how many disabled par kings shall we give out of 6 or will it be fine if we dont consider disabled parking as the tower itself is providing separately.

Hi Werdah, LEED isn't concerned with the number/location of disabled accessible spaces. Any accessible spaces dedicated to your project would need to be counted toward the total for the LEED credit, but it's up to your team, building management, and local code how those get allocated within the garage.
The exemplary performance threshold is either 40% or 60% depending on your location.
