For Option 2: Multi-Attribute Optimization, What documentation is needed to show environmental impact reduction?

Do I need to submit the purchase invoice or any other documentation confirming product acquisition when applying for Building Product Disclosure and Optimization credits on LEED Online?

Does the product have to be published on EPD directory to be accepetd by LEED ?Is it enough to submit an EPD report with internal audit ?

In previous versions of LEED, we used Environmental Materials Reporting Forms for contractors to report information for the MR and IEQ credits.

The Concrete supplier utilized multiple "mixes" of concrete in the project. A mix has slightly different functions, which I think would mean it is a separate product based on the USGBC definition.

Hello, it's my first time uploading this credit to LEED Online. Does anyone know if it is acceptable to upload a zip folder containing all the EPD PDFs (30+ in total)?
