Hi,

I'm working on a project with administration affectation and some commercial surfaces on the groundfloor (surface < 40% of the total project surfaces).

We are currently working on a warehouse which has a total of 12,704.13m2, the project consist of a building of storage and operative offices with a total of 12,516.67m2 and a small separate spaces

Can we certify the commercial portion only of a mixed use building (residential & commercial) under LEED BD+C ?

We have a case of an existing hospital building, and the owner now wishes to add 2 wings to it; one on its west side and the other on its east.
