Hi Benjamin, do you mean like a service station, i.e. garage? I would say that yes, Retail is probably the best fit. However, review the scorecard and compare it with NC. If it is not the right fit, you have discretion in choosing the best rating system.

Yes the project in question will be a garage ("Auto Skills Center"). It'll be a new construction so I didn't doubt to use NC. It's just that within the "new construction system" there are different requirements for i.e. "office", "healthcare", etc. One of them is "retail". As none of the options truly fit for a garage, I posted this question. "Retail" seems to be the best fit, doesn't it?

Benjamin, I would agree that Retail seems like the best fit. Again, though, as none of those is a perfect fit you should also have discretion in choosing generic NC if you preferred.
