This is relating to NPDp3 and NPDc6. I have a project with 4 motorized street connections to the project boundary and 2 pedestrian walkways (stairways) to the project boundary.

Could you please confirm that the 20% limit on non-motorized rights-of-way is only applicable to SLL prereq 1 Option 2 and has been removed from NPD prereq 3 and is not applicable to NPD cr 6.Optio
