20% limit on non-motorized rights-of-way

Could you please confirm that the 20% limit on non-motorized rights-of-way is only applicable to SLL prereq 1 Option 2 and has been removed from NPD prereq 3 and is not applicable to NPD cr 6.Option 1. Am I correct? Thank you

Martine, you're almost correct, except for NPDp3. The 20% cap on non-motorized ROWs was originally applied in two ways: to intersections eligible for counting toward 'connectivity' wherever that term appears, and to the types of through-connections countable on project boundaries in SLLp1 and NPDp3. A Feb 2, 2011 addenda removed the 20% cap from the 'connectivity' definition, but the 20% cap on non-motorized through-connections still remains in SLLp1 Option 2 and NPDp3 Option 1. Eliot
