In Use does provide a benchmark pretty quickly where a property stands. Then you've got a lot of work to do (with no real support or examples from BREEAM on what you should do) to become more...

Dear all, I think this question will be useful for people doing LEED outside the US.. Is it posible to upload the ESC plan in SPANISH? or I have to translate the whole document to English?? I mean, is a really extensive document, and the actual implementation is in spanish. Anyone with some experience on this? Same question goes to all the Plans or extensive text documents required for other credits along the LEED process... Thanks a lot. Regards! SSp1 ...

Performance period timing

EBOM-2009 MRc9: Solid waste management - facility alterations and additions

If performance periods for different credits have to end within the same 30 day period, and our solid waste was hauled and tracked during the period of the project's additions and alterations, this credit will not be able to line up (timing wise) with other credits' performance periods. We've diverted more than 95%, and should be able to receive 2 valuable credits but is it worth pursuing if the performance periods will not line up? MRc9 ...

Double Skin

Hello- I am working on an interiors project within a new tower, 1 Bligh St, in Australia. The tower features a double skin facade envelope system. My question is around the requirement that the line of sight to determine credit achievement can pass through a maximum of 2 interior glazing surfaces. Does the double skin count as 1 exterior glazing surface, or does the interior glass plane constitute an interior glazing surface? The answer is critical to credit achievement as our project features fully glazed interior conference rooms. Thank You Breeze Glazer IEQc8.2 ...
