Hello everyone! I would like to ask if anyone has some experience or can advise me regarding the fresh air requirements in case of an Automated Warehouse with no occupancy. My project is an automated warehouse where no human presence is required. Two maintenance workers will visit the space from time to time to perform the visual inspection. I would like to know if it is okay to not provide fresh air in this case as I could not come across any guidance that considers the Automated Warehouses with no regular occupancy. Hi, Our team has a question about LEED-ND: Walkable requirement in section M (Building height to street ratio), the requirement is to comply with the 40% of the block length. Our project contains a mixture of blocks with buildings and blocks with just landscape features with circulation networks circulated around and/or between them. These landscape feature blocks with no building act like pocket gardens serving people from different parts of the project. Hi, Our project does not have any surface parking (outdoor lots or single-story parking facilities not under habitable buildings). The project does not have any existing parking facilities. However, new off-street parking facilities will be built (basement and multi-story parking building). Hi, The project plans to provide 10% carpool and shared-use vehicle parking; however, only some of the preferred parking can fit into the available lots within a 60-meter range of the entrances because there is not a sufficient number of parking within a 60-meter range of the entrances. We used Autocase to document this pilot credit. It was a good process, though we needed lots of help from our account rep, who was thankfully willing to walk us through the process.  We found some limitations in the software for our project type, but Autocase was able to take our feedback and limitations back to their software developers.  Our team found the output from the process very insightful, but knowing it was compared to the LEED baselines vs state and local codes made the data less relevant than it could have been. Hi I have a site that does not have enough power from the local grid so is considering a self contained LPG based generation on site. I'm just wondering if this will have an impact on any of the credits because it will have a significant impact on the carbon intensity of the whole project. The site will use a lot more power due to the onsite conversion from LPG to electricity, but the building itself will not use much more (slight increase due to transmission losses). Does anybody have any experience of this? EAp2 ...
