Charline has multiple years of experience in the green building industry both in the United States and Europe. She is a LEED Accredited Professional BD+C and she gathered over the years an extensive experience assisting developers, architects, organizations, and design teams with sustainability-related strategies including through the optimization of building design and construction.
She worked for several years in New York City at Dagher Engineering PLLC as a Sustainable Mechanical Building Systems Design Engineer, managing cutting-edge LEED projects for High Rise residential and commercial buildings. She has been an active member of the Urban Green Building Council, New York CIty chapter of the USGBC.
Her background is composed of both American and French education, she is an ECAM Ingénieure (ECAM Lyon, France) and also has a Master in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College Riverdale, New York.
She is the CEO and co-owner of ThemaVerde, a Paris area-based green building company and the first specialized in LEED certification in France.
