Multiple Cx Agents for the Option Paths

NC-v4 EAc1: Enhanced Commissioning
posted by Saagar Patel on Feb 25, 2020, 9:52 am

I do commissioning and I work at a design firm.  When a customer pursues both Fundamental and Enhanced cx- my group would not be able to do the Cx of the project.  However, we believe there is a lot of value in doing MBCx for our customers as well as for to confirm the performance of our design.   Is it possible to to have a independent third party perform the tasks for fundamental and enhanced cx, but have our team perform MBCx services?  If so, what would be the proper mechanism to do that ie: owner has the contact for MBCx or we are sub to the cx agent?   EAc1 ...

Emily Purcell Sustainable Design Lead CannonDesign LEEDuser Expert 369 thumbs up June 2, 2020- 10:59 am I would exclude students unless there is parking for older students. If you are not designing a parking lot to accommodate student drivers, it makes sense to exclude them from the count.  Rounded up means the number of parking spaces. So if you have 100 occupants, 1 space. If you have 101 occupants, 2 spaces.  Log in or register to post comments Kelli Kimura Opsis Architecture LEEDuser Premium Member 13 thumbs up June 19, 2020- 3:21 pm Hi all, I have a similar question but for a higher education project...
