EBOM-v4.1 EQp4: Indoor Environmental Quality Performance
posted by Nagaraj Sankar on May 27, 2024, 10:12 pm

Regarding the v4.1 EBOM project, I have the following questions: 1) In one of our projects, we have met the CO2 and TVOC requirements as stated in the LEED v4.1 EBOM reference guide. Besides these, do we need to meet the other parameters mentioned in the Air Quality Test report, such as Formaldehyde, CO, Nitrogen, and Ozone? 2) For CO2 and TVOC, does the project need to use any specific methods or standards, such as ISO standards? For inorganic components, does the testing need to be carried out based on any specific standards? 3) For CO2 and TVOC, we had specific ranges to be met. Do we need to meet...

Hi According to the review for our Project in Germany, we have to provide information to confirm that the framed assumbly U-value is based on either the LBNL Windows 6 program, or a simulation program that approximates the NFRC rating methodologies. The frame U-values and resulting assembly U-values were calculated using the EN ISO 12631. Is this sufficiently close to the NFRC rating methodologies? Thank you! Sarah EAc2 Germany ...
