If a project has a small area of contaminated soil, how should that be incorporated into the Waste Management and Erosion and Sedimentation Plan.

If sub-ing all NC-v4.1 for MR credits, then is NCv4-MRp2 still required if registered as v4?

Has anyone encountered this situation, and been allowed to skip the MRp2 credit since it was omitted in NC-v4.1 in 11/2020?

For a project located in Central America, construction waste is used for clinker production. For this purpose, construction waste is heated to temperatures above 900C.

CWM Plan for Only Commingled Diversion

My project has decided not to pursue any source separation and will only use commingled waste. They will of course forgo the credit.
