Has anyone encountered this situation, and been allowed to skip the MRp2 credit since it was omitted in NC-v4.1 in 11/2020?
I haven't had any luck finding info for this particular situation.

LEED Online includes the 'sub 4.1 credit' icon next to the MRp2 prereq so i would believe you could substitute it - and hence skip the prereq.
However if points are pursued, the prereq shows up again in the v4.1 credit requirements...and i have found that is more difficult to achieve 2 points from v4.1 when compared to the v4 credit. But your project may be different.
Good Luck!

Hi Laura,
I'm wondering the same thing. Did you finally manage to skip the prerequisite by substituting with v4.1?

on a past project I tried to skip the MRp Construction Waste prereq because we did not need to pursue the points from the percent diversion waste. We substituted the v4.1 path.
GBCI still required the team to provide a Waste Management Plan, track waste diversion and provide the percent diverted.
It has been my experience that when substituting the v4.1 (or registerting as a v4.1 project) that this will still be required even if points from waste diversion are not pursued.
