For a project located in Central America, construction waste is used for clinker production. For this purpose, construction waste is heated to temperatures above 900C.
According to those responsible for the clinker production plant, this is not considered INCINERATION. In the case of incineration equipment, the equipment is smaller and the temperature does not reach more than 700C.
If it is not considered incineration ... can it be counted as material diversion?
Does anyone have any similar experience?
