This is a bit bothersome.  I received 2 submittals where the postconsumer and/or preconsumer range where added as percentage range like "11% to 18%" rather than a fixed percentage value.&

LEED default materials cost is 45% of total construction costs (based on specific Master Format divisions).

Not sure how it looks in the US, but in Europe we have different concrete classes depending on its strength and - what goes along with that - different material ratio.

Recycled Concrete for Temporary Haul Road

The project is using recycled concrete, purchased from an off-site source, to construct a temporary haul road. Can this material be counted towards MRc4 for its recycled content?
