This is a bit bothersome. I received 2 submittals where the postconsumer and/or preconsumer range where added as percentage range like "11% to 18%" rather than a fixed percentage value. Has anyone else encountered the same problem before? What would be the best approach, should I just go for worse-case and pick highest value from that range?

Lilian, you approached it that way and the LEED reviewer didn't find an issue with that?

I didn't have any issue… but 'policy ' changes all the time in reviewer office…suggest you call local reviewer.

I encourage anyone on a LEED project to become a Premium member. I understand that limited budgets get pulled in a lot of directions, but It's very reasonably priced for all the resources you get -- including BuildingGreen's support of this free forum! As someone volunteering time to answer forum questions, I appreciate it when folks scan the FAQs and other LEEDuser guidance first, so that I can help out on new and less-frequently-asked questions, of which there are also plenty. :-)
