LEED v4.1 Construction Waste Calculator

Are the point amounts listed in the summary of the calculator incorrect? They don't seem to match the 4.1 guide. Did I miss an update?

Can you use the pilot credit Verified Construction & Demolition Recycling Rates with the v4.1 Construction and Demolition Waste Management credit, option 2?

How are waste streams classified? Based on materials type? Weight? Volume?

The credit stipulates the below:

Divert 50% and 3 material streams for Option 1 Diversion, Path 1.

Divert 75% and 4 material streams for Option 1 Diversion, Path 2.

Is there a documented environmental benefit to all the extra red tape we have to wade through "for LEED points" for projects where collecting in a commingled bin is actually the most likely way...
