BIO
For Tiffany Beffel, Managing Partner and project manager at Innovative Workshop Consulting, the emphasis is on the workshop approach to sustainability design and construction methods. A LEED Accredited Professional, Certified Sustainable Building Advisor, and Construction Documents Technologist, Tiffany has been in the field of architecture for over 17 years and has always kept efficient, durable, and creative building solutions at the forefront of design. She has the distinct skills and expertise required for the proper analysis and investigation of systems and their integration into the bigger picture project goals.
Her attention to detail results in efficient documentation methods and proven excellence in all tasks. “Our goal is to get it right the first time, every time,” Tiffany says, “and to exceed the team’s expectation in the result.”
IWC has worked with a wide range of teams—designers and architects, contractors and vendors, and owner teams of facility managers, students and young professionals, and all levels of management—facilitating 3rd party certification efforts across multiple project types and rating systems. Tiffany has facilitated efficient design and construction practices to ensure and excel in LEED certification efforts, maximize occupant health and productivity, and augment the longevity and impact of the building. She can find a solution to any challenge and maximize parameters to validate that all applicable measures have been analyzed and integrated where possible. Tiffany says that one of the areas of sustainability that really excites her currently is “knowing that our integration with the team has resulted in some new ways of thinking and that we have made a positive impact to the building itself, environment, and people within.”
In addition to her passion for sustainability, Tiffany loves to spend time with her family, paddleboard, and watch baseball.
