I have a LEED CI v4 project in Taipei, Taiwan, which require whole building energy modelling. Couple of questions I hope to seek clarity:

We are doing the project in which our client reusing the furniture from their existing office to the new office. Furniture comprises of wooden tables, chairs etc.

When a project outside US cannot find equivalent listed, is it enough just to meet the specified 20% reduction requirements?

We considering PV glazing for a project in SW Louisiana. Anyone have any successful PV glazing projects? Is this ready for primetime? 

I am working on a fitness center project and the team would like to follow Enhanced Commisioning Path 2: Flush-out.
