infirmary

NC-v4 EQp1: Minimum indoor air quality performance

We are dealing with an educational building and we are considering ASHRAE 62.1-2010. Inside there is an infirmary.

Which occupancy category shall I consider for that space?

You can try BLDG-SIM at onebuilding.org or some of the other discussion forums or the Energy Plus help desk. If the software can't model your system directly then you would need to employ a work around.
