You can try BLDG-SIM at onebuilding.org or some of the other discussion forums or the Energy Plus help desk. If the software can't model your system directly then you would need to employ a work around. If you do so for LEED you must follow the exceptional calculation method and ideally base your work around on something that has been published. Often manufacturers of equipment...
