Healthcare V4 - Monitoring outdoor air intake IAQ prerequisite

Hi,

Healthcare rating system, monitoring requirements for prerequisite IAQ:

monitoring requirements need direct outdoor airflow measurement device, for mechanically ventilated spaces.

Question is: both for variable air volume systems and constant volume systems?

My project includes constant volume system, i need to know if i have to provide outdoor air measurement devices or if it is sufficient to provide current transducer ont he supply fan.
