I was asked to create a LEED CS Scorecard for a project that is an addition of a floor added to the top of an existing multi-story LEED O&M certified building.

Has anyone achieved this credit using manufacturer documentation through the Healthy Hospitals Initiative in lieu of BIFMA or HPD documentation?
