Under LEED 2009 for Commercial Interiors porcelain tiles are not mentioned but since these tiles are man made, do they need to meet FloorScore requirements or are they exempted?

Is there anyway to download a pdf copy of the LEED Online for this credit? I'm curious to see if it differs form the 2009 LEED for Healthcare IEQc4 form or if the form is the same.

Full credits achieveable for less than 1% landscape?

Our project has less than 1% landscape area vs site area and therefore negligible potable water consumption for irrigation.
