Views from a single occupancy dorm/bed room

Hello, I am working on a dorm project that has some single occupancy bed rooms with access to views. My question is, if 75% or more of the sq.ft of the single occupancy bedroom has access to views can we count all of the square footage towards compliance like we would for a private office.

No, only in offices can you use the 75% compliant rule. You can only count the compliant square footage of the room in your case.

Thanks for the response Todd. It was worth a try.

In office building itself, we need to consider the private offices only. Rest of the spaces of office building can not be applicable.

SS, all regularly occupied spaces must be considered. Refer to the Regularly Occupied Space Matrix dated October 2013 for all spaces that must be used in the calculations.
