renovation and repurpose of an old school into an office facility. parking capacity will remain the same, but some existing spots (9 spots out of about 85) are limestone.

I am a LEED AP ID+C. I mostly work on LEED NC BD+C. Will I need to retake the specialty exam in LEED v4 to qualify for this credit? If so, do I need to take the LEED Associate Exam?

Hi, We have a tricky situation. We have a dormitory with apartment-style dorms. There is a common living area/kitchenette with four student bedrooms (with private baths) off a common corridor.
