V4 NC says that a site assessment is a pre-requisite, but then underneath it says for "schools and healthcare". Does this mean is it not a pre-requisite for other types of buildings?

Do the same diverse use restrictions found in LT Surrounding Density and Diverse Uses apply to the diverse uses that need to connect to the bicycle network?

"Recycling rates applied to a project's waste generation must be the weighted average for the facility over the time in which the project sent materials to the facility."

If a sink located in a bar area is used only for washing hands can it be counted as a bathroom sink, or does the sink location dictate its type?

Hello, could this credit be pursued for a major renovation of a building, or does it only apply to new construction? Thanks!

We are modeling a large data center for LEED V4 using the ASHRAE 2010 appendix G as the baseline. The selection of baseline system is not completely clear to me and I was hoping for some guidance.

I know that it has been asked if previously purchased equipment is exempt from this credit but I'm curious if it can be counted if the relocated equipment is compliant?
