Hi Chloe, The credit language is pretty clear that Option 4 of this credit only applies to new construction, which makes sense given that the focus of the LCA is on structure and enclosure materials. But Options 1 through 3 are specifically for existing buildings, so hopefully one of those fits your project.

Hi Nadav - What if a project consists of an addition and an existing building? From your perspective do you think a combination of building reuse and LCA is a reasonable approach?
