"Recycling rates applied to a project's waste generation must be the weighted average for the facility over the time in which the project sent materials to the facility."
Does this mean that projects pursuing this pilot credit have to use the facility recycling rates for both this pilot credit and MRc2? If so, this is overly restrictive. I'm sure the intent here is that WHEN project teams use the facility recycling rate for MRc2 that it must be the weighted average during the appropriate time.
We'll be submitting for this pilot credit with the explanation that we used project-specific diversion reports from the certified facility.

I am curious if you submitted this project for review and if yes, how was the response from the reviewer? I did exactly as you had explained and used the project-specific diversion reports. The the reviewer indicated that the recycling rates applied to the project's waste generation needs to be the weighted average for the facility over the time in which the project sent materials to the facility. With the site specific diversion rate we were over 75% but the average comingled rates bring us down under that 75% threshold.
