Regarding the FTE Calculation

Any one please advise to calculate the FTE calculation for the Hotels and apartments.

Where there are 307 hotel rooms and 834 staffs for multi shift and 72 for single shift

Cooling tower fan power

Hi all, I am modeling a cooling tower the fan meets the requirement of Appendix G, but I am not sure what is the fan power should be used for the baseline, Should I use the same as proposed model

does a plasterboard panel count as a inherently nonemitting source, even so it is wraped in paper?
