We finally found a Static Control Epoxy Coating for a concrete floor that meets the VOC requirement, although it only References EPA Method 24.

Budget Calculation Method - can Option 1 be used for the other categories where all products are compliant

I have never had to utilize the Budget Calculation Method for compliance using my GBIM verification system, but have one category that may not comply for a large public project pursuing LEED Platin

Wood Ceilings

I'm hoping someone has found a good pathway for wood ceilings in LEED v4 and can share. The CDPH test includes a formaldehyde test which of course all wood contains.

Surface reflectance of materials and Interior shades and Blinds

1. Where can I find the surface reflectance values for some common materials like gypsum boards, ACT ceilings etc. I can't seem to find it listed in the product documents from manufacturers.
